We are looking for an RPA Project Manager to lead and drive our portfolio of automation projects, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will manage multiple simultaneous projects and serve as the primary integration point between clients, business areas, process analysts, developers, architects, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RPA project portfolio, overseeing timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate multiple automation projects simultaneously.
• Conduct project planning, milestone definition, activity tracking, and team capacity management.
• Engage directly with domestic and international clients and stakeholders.
• Lead kickoff meetings, status reports, steering committees, and executive alignment sessions.
• Ensure requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Monitor all project lifecycle stages, including Discovery, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Identify risks, blockers, and deviations, creating and managing action plans.
• Manage scope changes and align impacts on timeline, effort, and resources.
• Monitor project KPIs, productivity, team utilization, and SLA compliance.
• Facilitate seamless communication across business, technical, infrastructure, and security teams.
• Support automation backlog prioritization, effort estimation, and resource planning.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation, including PDD, SDD, project plans, test evidence, and deployment documentation.
• Oversee post-implementation support demands and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practices, governance, and standardization across the automation development lifecycle.
• Produce executive management reports on portfolio status, risks, capacity, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in RPA, automation, or digital transformation project management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from Discovery through deployment and support.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
• Fluent English skills, with demonstrated ability to conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with international clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and leading cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional project management models.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and conflict management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience using project management and backlog tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Understanding of project metrics, KPIs, SLAs, capacity management, and financial tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
• Practical experience or official certifications in RPA platforms.
• Experience working within an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) framework.
• Exposure to projects incorporating AI, OCR/IDP, BPM, APIs, Power Platform, or Generative AI.
• Experience managing global projects with distributed teams across different countries and time zones.
• Background in project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and resource allocation.
